About the Iskra Fine Art Shop

Shipping and handling is included in all listed prices. If you are viewing on your phone and want to sort work by category, the galleries are listed at the end of the first page of images. You may also view the Iskra Fine Art Shop through Etsy if that is your preferred platform. There is a random bug in the size and price menu in the shop, so if you see the same price for all sizes please click through to the Etsy shop if you wish to purchase. The actual prices are listed in the print description. If you purchase directly from me in a studio visit, cost is discounted to reflect that there is no shipping and handling. To leave a section and see all prints available refresh the “shop” link in the menu. And feel free to email me directly if you have any technical issues.

Limited Edition Fine Art Print
"The Shipping Lanes"
Available in two sizes:

17 x 22 inches, sheet size, (image size 15.5 x 15.5") in an edition of 20

"The Shipping Lanes," is a limited edition fine art print created from a process that blends my original photography, mixed media, and digital alchemy. This print is not a reproduction of a painting, but a contemporary print in which the print itself is the only form in which the artwork exists.

This print is part of a series called "The Floating World" bringing together the aesthetic of 18th century woodcuts and modern themes of industry and water. I compose the finished work from multiple photographic captures of the architecture, textures, weather and other elements of place, blending them to invoke the dynamic process of decay and renewal.

The finished piece is meticulously proofed and printed on either Moab Entrada or German Etching, using archival pigment inks rated to last for 100 years or more. The prints come with a certificate of authenticity verifying the edition number and the edition size. "The Shipping Lanes" is available in two sizes:

These prints are traditionally numbered and signed in light pencil with the number on the left and the signature on the right, just below the image. They are intended to be matted with an approximately 1/2 inch space all around to reveal the signature, but can be cropped to the edge of the image if desired. The print shown in the room is scaled to approximately represent the larger size framed with a 5" mat border all around. Prints are sold unframed. Due to the difference in monitor settings on various devices I cannot guarantee that the color match of what you receive will be exact compared to what the listing shows.
